Before use, thoroughly cleanse and dry your eyebrows. Shake the Brow Liner & Booster well before use. Draw the desired line along the brow shape. Use the booster to comb the brow hairs from the bottom up for a thicker appearance. Let your eyebrows dry for a few seconds. Optionally, repeat the process to achieve the desired intensity.
