At Dr. Severin, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied within this period, you can return the product to us and receive a full refund.
Important: Please use our returns portal to return your item. You can easily register your return there.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please include the completed warranty form along with the full or empty product packaging in your package. The form will ask you for some information about why the product didn't meet your expectations.
Here's how your return and refund works:

Please check the order date. Orders older than 60 days are unfortunately not eligible for warranty returns.

Download the warranty form, print it out, and fill it out completely:

Place the completed warranty form together with the product (packaged and leak-proof sealed) in the package, ensuring it is well protected.
