Shipping policy

Prices

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros.

If delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise for which we are not responsible, such as customs duties, taxes or money transfer fees (transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions), which you will be responsible for.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for shipments to Germany for orders over €100. For shipments to other EU countries and Switzerland, shipping costs amount to €5.99 including VAT. For shipments to all other countries, a flat shipping fee of €14.99 including VAT applies.

Further shipping information

Goods will only be shipped after payment has been received. We prefer to ship our goods with Deutsche Post or DHL. In individual cases, we reserve the right to use a different shipping service.

Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days.

Payment methods

You have the following options for paying for your order with us. We reserve the right to change or remove individual methods, as well as add new ones.

PayPal

The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment details you enter will be transmitted to PayPal. Your data will be transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing to fulfill a contract). You have the option of revoking your consent to data processing at any time. Revoking your consent does not affect the effectiveness of past data processing operations.

Bank transfer (prepayment)

You can transfer the payment amount by bank transfer to our bank account, which will be specified during the order process. If you pay in advance, the payment will be recorded by the payment provider LTC Information Services GmbH (hereinafter "Komfortkasse"). In this case, we will pass on the necessary personal data to Komfortkasse. This data is transferred solely for the purpose of payment processing.

Purchase on account and instalments as well as instant bank transfer with Klarna

We offer the payment methods invoice and installment purchase in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). For this purpose, Klarna must conduct an identity and credit check. If you choose the payment method invoice or installment purchase with Klarna, we will transmit your personal data, such as contact details and order details, to Klarna. This allows Klarna to assess whether you are eligible for the payment options offered by Klarna and to adapt the payment options to your needs. The legal basis for the transmission to Klarna is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Otherwise, Klarna processes the data independently. Your personal information will be treated by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Payment by credit card

We offer you the option to pay by credit card.Please note that the respective payment information is collected and processed independently by the respective payment service providers.

Shopify Payments

We use the payment service provider "Shopify Payments", 3rd Floor, Europa House, Harcourt Building, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. If you choose a payment method offered by the payment service provider Shopify Payments, payment processing will be carried out by the technical service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process, along with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank sort code, credit card number (if applicable), invoice amount, currency, and transaction number) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.
