60-day guarantee
Dear Customer,
With Dr. Severin comes first. That is why we offer you a 60-day guarantee of satisfaction: If you are not satisfied within this period, you can send the product back to us and receive the full purchase price back.
Important: For the return, please use our Return portal. There you can easily register your return.
So that your return can be processed smoothly, please put the completed guarantee form together with the full or empty product packaging. In the form we ask you for some information why the product did not meet your expectations.
This is how your return and reimbursement works:

Please check the order date. In the case of orders that are older than 60 days, a return of the guarantee is unfortunately not possible.

Register your return via our Return portal to.

Download the guarantee form, print it out and fill it out completely:

Place the completed warranty form together with the product (packaged and leaked out) well protected in the package.

Send the package to the following return address:

After receipt of your return, the refund can take up to 60 days. The reimbursement takes place by bank transfer.
