How subscriptions work:

Automatic renewal: After purchasing a subscription, it will automatically renew based on the selected delivery frequency. Once a payment is successfully processed, the product will be shipped to the specified address without reordering. For example, if you choose a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged every month, and delivery will be automatic.


Administration in the customer portal: You can manage your subscription at any time via your customer portal. This includes options to pause or cancel your subscription, provided the minimum number of payments has not been reached. Access to the customer portal is via a special account created after your first order.


Payment problems: If a payment cannot be processed, you will be notified that you need to update your payment method. Until this is done, your subscription will not be delivered.


Termination or change: You can make changes to or cancel your subscription either directly through the customer portal or by contacting customer service. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please note that a minimum number of payments may be required depending on your provider.
